This is a 12 week guided journal where you will find daily, weekly and 4 weekly prompts throughout the 12 weeks focusing on a method of Honouring and Gratitude.

The Honouring and Gratitude method has been developed by Therapist Charlotte Feldforth as an alternative to a ‘Gratitude Only’ practice. Her method encapsulates the need to process challenging emotions alongside taking time to reflect on what you are grateful for. The process of Honouring will invite you to make space for those not-so-easy emotions such as frustration, hurt, overwhelm, anger, grief, sadness and jealousy in a contained and safe way. Having worked through this process, a Gratitude practice can be accessed with greater ease and take place more authentically. This journal is designed to help you regulate your emotions better, learn about yourself, create space to express all parts of you and be a safe space for you to meet yourself, wherever that is.

A note from the Author: There's both a professional and personal reason why I created this method. I see a need to move away from spaces that promote toxic positivity in the face of really difficult, and even traumatic, life experiences. Throughout my own personal challenges in my 20’s I needed to find spaces that would honour what I was going through, and recognise that some things in my life just couldn't be spun into a silver lining and that’s ok.
