Low Self-Esteem & Low Self-Worth
Is it now time to make a change to those thoughts and feelings that have been holding you back? Or perhaps your inner critic has become so loud that you often find yourself feeling emotionally overwhelmed in cycles of self-sabotage?
Then the process I use is here to help you take back your power and reprogram your mind's muscles to a different way of thinking. When we build more confidence in ourselves and confidence in our ability to cope with life challenges, we become more resilient, which enables us to be open to what life has to offer us and take necessary risks to build a fulfilling life.
Having more confidence means you have a stronger sense of self-assurance both in yourself as a worthy human being regardless of external validation, and a belief in your ability to do things with an acceptance that mistakes are part of the process. Often confidence is accompanied by a positive and optimistic attitude and mindset which hypnotherapy can help you create. Confidence can be often seen through a person's body language, tone of voice, ability to keep to boundaries and the behaviours they exhibit - Is there someone in your life who you would describe as confident? I wonder if you can examine why you have come to this conclusion to help you understand what you think confidence is.
Often we start by learning what it truly means to be confident, because confidence is not a fixed state, but one which is a transient, or said another way, coming and going. For example, people who generally consider themselves as confident, still sometimes feel nervous, make mistakes and experience moments of self-doubt, however it is the way they cope with these challenges that makes the difference. Often low-self esteem starts in childhood, where unhelpful beliefs have been formed, which have then gone on to cement both consciously and subconsciously throughout adulthood, so we work with a variety of methods to look at creating change to past memories, present experiences and future visioning.
Building a good sense of self-esteem and unconditional self-worth can be very uplifting and energising, and with a better level of confidence you will be able to do more and feel more at ease with yourself.
By using a mixture of creative and practical methods, we can build a unique, confident you.
Do you?
❌ Have thoughts like ‘I can't do it’ or ‘no one likes me’ or ‘I am rubbish at everything!’ that visit you all too often?
❌ Find yourself being very critical about yourself, your life and the things you do, making it hard to feel that change is even possible?
❌ Worry what others will think in a way that stops you speaking up, going for opportunities and showing the world who you are?
❌ Feel like you want to hide away from the world, not wanting to be seen or heard?
❌ Often find yourself in self-sabotage and acting in self-destructive patterns?
Would you rather?
